SIE organizes poetry recitation 5/21/2015 11:55:11 PM Early Times Report Jammu, May 21: The Language Wing of the State Institute of Education, Jammu organised a poetry recitation competition (Mehfil-e-Mushaira) in Urdu today. A total number of ten students hailing from the various districts of Jammu division participated in the event. The participants were welcomed by S. L. Tengloo, Field Advisor of the Language Wing. Tengloo explained to the participants in detail the importance of holding such competitions as these develop the oration skills of the students. The programme was coordinated by Hamida Khatoon R.O. Language Wing. S.K. Raina Filed Advisor was also present on the occasion. Sahkoor Ahmed of Govt. Hr. Sec. School Reasi bagged the first prize while Dil Khurshid and Yasir Ali respectively bagged 2nd and 3rd place.
