Jammu, June 3: Madhu Param Hans Maharaj, the spiritual head of Sahib Bandgi panth delivering his sermon during a cerebration to mark 617th day of appearance of Kabir Sahib, at Sant Ashram Ranjri, Samba, highlighted the life and existence of Saint Kabir Sahib. While speaking on occasion, the religious preacher said, "Despite superstitions and wrong notions about his life. Despite that Kabir ji brought a revolution in the world of spiritualism.' "Different sects, panths and religions are following the sayings of Kabir Sahib ji and has been describing him as the 'Sant Samrat' for his unique preaching. "When the time to return to his Dham came, he left Kashi for Maghar so as to remove the superstition prevalent among the people," Madhu Param Hans Maharaj said, adding, "King Bir Singh Baghel of Kashi and Pathan Bijli Khan of Awadh had a quarrel over the last ceremonies of Sahib ji as each of them wanted to perform the last rites according to his own religion." "Their wrangle took a new turn when Sahib ji performed a miracle and when the sheet over boduy of saint was removed devotees found mortal remains of saint missing and the same was replaced with lotus flowers that the people had offered to him, he added. He said, "In this way Kabir Sahib ji cleared all the superstitions and myths and got himself absorbed in Param Purush. "Thus Kabir Sahib performed many miracles during life time as he was infact, the great saint, he said adding, "he was nothing else but Sahib Ji himself." |
