Akhnoor, June 3: Singh Cricket Club Akhnoor shall be holding Summer Cup 2005 Twenty20 Cricket Tournament at Government Higher Secondary School Akhnoor ground here from June 15.
This was decided in a meeting of the Club held under the chairmanship of Sham Singh Langeh and attended besides others by Rajinder Sharma, Sunil Govil, Sunny, Chander Khan, Chandan Sharma, Binny Kesar, Vikas Bali, Deepak Magotra and Dilawar Singh.
In total, 20 teams shall be taking part in this knock-out event, the winner of which shall be awarded with Rs 20,000 cash prize. The runners-up team to get Rs 10,000 as also other individual prizes.
Club and institutions interested to take part in this tournament have been advised to submit their entries with organizers during working days at Little Flower School, Akhnoor. |
