JKPCWA-J appreciates decision of Govt to provide scooters to handicapped 6/7/2015 11:57:04 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 7: Jammu and Kashmir Physically Challenged Welfare Association Jammu (JKPCWA-J) appreciated the decision of the State government, to provide 200 scooters to handicapped persons of Jammu and Kashmir.
