Jammu, June 7 : State Congress Chief Ghulam Ahmed Mir today said that politics of polarization has come to an end as people have rejected BJP's communal agenda and anti-people policies. "BJP has polarized the situation during Elections in the country, divided people to gain political mileage. There is no doubt that BJP succeeded in polarizing the situation in the country, but it is also true people of country have realized that BJP played a polarization card to mislead them( people) on various religion, regional lines," G.A. Mir said while addressing a day-long political convention at Banihal in Jammu region. JK PCC Chief said the same strategy was adopted by BJP in Jammu to defeat the Congress Party ; but the fact is that Congress Party has secured highest percentage of votes in the Assembly Elections 2014. "BJP polarized the situation in the country on religion and regional lines, so that it (BJP) could emerge a single largest Party in 2014 Lok Sabha Elections JK PCC Chief castigated both PDP and BJP coalition for failure on all fronts and said Coalition Govt is neither interest nor concerned to address issue's of people of the state. Speaking on the occasion Sr. Vice President JK PCC and former Minister Shamlal Sharma said that BJP has lost ground miserably in Jammu province, it's slogan of Achay Din have exposed them in front of the people. BJP and PDP Coalition are responsible for the agony and anguish of the people of Jammu and Kashmir he expressed confidence that people will give them a befitting reply, Sharma said. Shamlal Sharma further said that Congress Party leaders and workers will visit every nook and corner in the State, interact with the common masses to take their ideas and views regarding development of the state and plan strategies ahead. Those who spoke on the occasion included MLA & Ex.
