Jhelum breaches at Pampore 7/14/2015 12:13:50 AM Early Times Report Srinagar, July 13:The Jhelum breached its banks in south Kashmir's Pampore town today following intermittent rains. The Jhelum breached the banks at Khankah Bagh area, submerging at least 20 residential houses and hundreds of kanal of agriculture land.
