Narco smuggler held with 1/2 Kg Heroine 7/14/2015 12:13:54 AM Early Times Report Kishtwar, July 13: Kishtwar police today claimed to have arrested one person from outskirts of Kishtwar town and recovered half Kilogram of Heroine from his possession. As per the details available with "Early Times" the Police Party from police post Hidyal while conducting routine petrolling/ naka checkining at Bimarnag some one Kilometer from Hidyal police post and found one person namely Mohammad Rafi son of Mohammad Din resident of Srawan Thakrie moving under suspicious condition and during his checking, police party found half Kilogram narcotic from his possession. On identification, the recovered material was found as banned drug heroine. Accordingly the accused was arrested and booked in FIR No. 113/2015 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been register of P/S Kishtwar.
