Govt. announces CM’s Gold medal for meritorious public service 8/15/2015 12:02:01 AM Early Times Reoprt SRINAGAR, Aug 14: Government today announced Chief Minister's Gold Medal for honesty/integrity and meritorious public service for the year 2015. The officers who have been nominated for the medal are Dr. Pawan Kotwal, IAS, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Bashir Ahmad Khan, Chief Engineer, EM&RE Power Development Department, Mr. S. S. Jamwal, Director (BADP/ CSS), Planning & Development Department, Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, District Level Subject Matter Specialist (Pomology) Horticulture Department and Tsewang Paljor, I/c Executive Engineer EM&RE Division/ Leh, Power Development Department.
