Scientific test reports of arrested Pak militant to be part of India's Dossier

KISHTWAR, Aug 14: In order to prepare a water tight case against Pakistan for promoting and abetting terror on Indian soil, National Investigation Agency (NIA) probing August 5, 2015 Udhampur terror attack put him to various scientific test with the aim to extract more information from him about Lashkar and their handlers' terror plans , which shall be part of the india's dozzier on terror activities being pursued against india from Pakistani soil during the meeting of the NSAs.
As per the details available with "Early Times" NIA sleuths after shifting Usman Khan to Delhi conducted various scientific test on him, however it was not confirmed where three major scientific tests viz Brain Mapping test, Lie Detective Test, Narco Analysis Test had been done on him or not. These important scientific tests will help the investigating agencies to prepare a detailed dossier for submitting the same to Pakistan during National Security Advisor meeting between India and Pakistan schedule to be held at New Delhi on August 23, 2015.
The NIA sources informed the "Early Times" that all the names revealed by Usman Khan during his questioning has been put on track added that soon all of them who are evading arrest since last 9 days will be arrested.
Meanwhile after visiting Jammu, NIA chief reportedly briefed the union Home Secretary on the progress of the investigation and also discussed the draft of the dossier to be handed over to Pakistan. The sources said that the final draft will be papered within next two or three days after report of scientific tests conducted on the arrested Pakistani militant will be finalized. The final draft before handing over to Pakistan government during NSA meeting will be vetted by union Home Minister as well as cleared by the PMO.
