JAMMU, Aug 14 : The ASN Higher Secondary School, Channi Himmat, here today held inter-house painting competition on the theme-Independence Day, involving around 100 students of the institution.
The participants represented Shakespeare House, Milton House, Blake House and Oliver House.
Earlier, before the competition, students were briefed about the event by Administrator of the School, Ritesh Kapoor. "The sole motive of holding such activities is to bring among the young students sense of patriotism. As also to involve the future generation in celebrating the important day of Independence by extending them an opportunity to portray their view point," said Ritesh. |
