KC Sports club organizes 'Fat to Fit' contest 8/26/2015 11:43:59 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Aug 26: A 'Fat to Fit' Competition spread over a period of one month was organised at KC Sports Club from 10th July, 2015 to 10th August, 2015 in which 25 members of the Club took part with exceptional eagerness. The Contest aimed at reducing obesity among members and inducing them to shed extra weight through a systematic regimen of exercise at the Club supplemented by their own dietary programme. The statistical data gathered at the onset of the Contest and at its conclusion decided the winners of this innovative competition. Maheshwar Sharma reduced his weight from 96 kg to 84 kg and Puneet Sethi brought it down from 106 kg to 92 kg.
