Nominations to Govt bodies: Aspirants in BJP intensify lobbying amid RSS advisory 8/27/2015 12:37:52 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 26: Following the ruling coalition partner's agreement for early nomination of heads of various Government Corporations and enterprises, the aspirants in BJP for the top positions in these bodies have intensified lobbying even as the saffron party ideologue. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh has issued an advisory for maintaining a caution in selection of the candidates. According to the sources in BJP circles, the lobbying for these positions is in top gear and the aspirants are exploring all their relations for their recommendation. Right from approaching BJP top leaders to RSS functionaries, the aspirants are leaving no stone unturned for grabbing this opportunity while a few are even exploring the corrupt means. However, the sources did not elaborate on the kinds of corrupt means and the persons involved in the same. Though the senior BJP leaders and ministers are also trying their best for ensuring adjustment of then men as heads of these corporations or other bodies, sources said that Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh is being considered as most effective person who would have final say in recommendation of the names. This is the reason that majority of aspirants are looking for appropriate links for establishing contact with Nirmal Singh and win over the latter's blessings by Hook or by Crook, sources added. However, on the other hand, the RSS is learnt to have issued an advisory to the Deputy Chief Minister for maintaining utmost caution while recommending the names for Government corporations and enterprises. The RSS has taken a very serious notice of the earlier complains with regard to nomination of some ` undeserving' persons who were installed as Vice-Chairperson of Welfare Boards or members of other bodies on the recommendation of Dy CM, sources explained.
