DC Jammu reviews district plan 8/26/2015 11:50:06 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Aug 26: Deputy Commissioner Jammu Simrandeep Singh today chaired a high level meeting to review district plan implementation, besides physical and financial achievements registered under Sansad Adarsh Gramin Yojna (SAGY). The meeting held detailed deliberations on implementation of decisions taken in the District Development Board meeting chaired by Chief Minister in July, 2015. The DC directed all department heads to activate their men and machinery for effective and timely implementation of decisions taken in the District Development Board meeting. He asked the officers to speed up development works and optimally utilize funds for development activities being executed in their respective departments and submit the funds utilization plan. Singh also took review of development works at Model Village Mathwar which has been adopted by Member Parliament, Jammu-Poonch constituency under Sansad Adarsh Gramin Yojna (SAGY) scheme. He asked all the concerned departments to use their internal resources to speed up development works at Mathwar and put them in conversion for long term positive change besides effective implementation of SAGY.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
