Khandey still CS on GAD website 9/13/2015 11:34:22 PM Early Times Report SRINGAR, Sept 13:Mohammad Iqbal Khandey continues to be the chief secretary of Jammu and Kashmir in the "telephone directory" section of the general administration department of Jammu and Kashmir government while BR Sharma the incumbent chief secretary BR Sharma is shown principal secretary planning and development department. However, in the section "civil list of IAS officers BR Sharma has been shown as chief secretary of Jammu & Kashmir state. Iqbal Khanday opted for voluntary retirement from September 1 following differences with some ministers. However, in his papers, Khanday said he was opting out for personal reasons.
