J&K Grameen Bank organizes awareness programme 11/30/2015 11:26:29 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 30: Jammu and Kashmir Grameen Bank under the Chairmanship of RK Chhibber in collaboration with NABARD organized awareness programme on the Pradhan Mantri's Social Security Schemes at Kotli Charkan, Bishnah. Senior Manager MFFI Deptt. J&K Grameen Bank HO Narwal Jammu Sh. VK Sharma who was chief guest on the occasion spoke at length about the various Bank/NABARD schemes i.e., Farmer Clubs (FC's), Self Help Groups (SHG's) & Joint Liability Groups (JLG's). He also informed the participants at length regarding the benefits of newly launched schemes named (PMJJBY) Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, (PMSBY) Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana and (APY) Atal Pension Yojana. He further informed the gathering that these schemes have been designed to provide security cover to the poor population particularly those working in the unorganized sectors.
