LMD realises Rs 5000 fine 1/4/2016 10:05:47 PM Early Times Report KISHTWAR, Jan 4: Continuing with its drive to protect consumer interests, Legal Meteorology Department Kishtwar conducted extensive market checking in Kishtwar town and adjoining areas and booked several traders for the violation of rules. A fine of Rs 5000 was realized on spot from nine erring traders.
