POONCH, Jan 4: In lock up matter of JKEDI office Poonch, the employees of JKEDI Poonch threatened media persons in Poonch.
As reported by Rajesh Tandon, reporter Early Times, the employees of JKEDI threatened him by using harsh words telephonically. He said that the employees threatened him of kidnapping until unless he stops writing against them. Tandon said that the employees threatened him by calling from many unknown numbers. He said that if any incident held against him in Poonch, only JKEDI will be responsible as the reporter was threatened to life as well as dire consequences . He demanded that the higher authorities should take this matter on priority basis and take strong action against the employees of the said department.
Another reporter, J B Singh of Udaan also said that he also revived many calls from unknown numbers who threatened him. |
