ARTO conducts surprise naka at TCP 1/4/2016 10:07:30 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Jan 4: Continuing its drive against menace of traffic law violators including over loading of luggage in passenger vehicles, the Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) UDhampur today conducted special surprise naka here today. According to official spokesperson, a surprise naka was laid at TCP Udhampur Rajesh Gupta ARTO Udhampur in the early hours to check the buses, small vehicles who use to carry goods materials posing life of passengers to danger. "During naka checking the ARTO realized a fine upto the tune of Rs 10000/- from the defaulters, spokesperson said adding, " a warming was given to the violators to mend their ways .
