| DCC holds meet to prepare agenda for ULB elections | | | Jammu, Jan 4 : District Congress Committee met today under chairmanship of Anil Chopra president Jammu Urban on the agenda of preparations and gearing up the party cadres for ensuing Urban Local Bodies elections (ULB) in the state.
The meeting was attended by the office bearers of DCC, BCC, ward committees and ex-Corporators of JMC.
Speaking on the occasion Chopra asked the party cadres to go to the grass root and moblise the party workers and aware the masses about the development in each and every sphere of life during the Congress regime.
He assured the party workers in the meeting that a fair selection of candidates in due consultation with the local block and ward presidents etc and urged the workers to seriously attend to the problems of the local people. |
