Jammu, Jan 6: A local court today has extended two days judicial remand of separatist leader Masrat Alam who is likely to be shifted to Kashmir.
According to police sources, after taking his custody from Central Kotbalwal Jail, the police team from Police Station Gharota produced separatist leader Masarat Alam in City Court this late evening.
Sources said, the court allowed the plea and granted two days judicial remand of Alam who would be shifted to Kulgam district of Kashmir region of state.
"The Kulgam police team also has reached to Jammu to shift separatist leader to Kashmir," the sources added. |
