One held with 13 grams of heroin in city outskirts 1/6/2016 11:50:32 PM Early Times Report jammu, Jan 6: Police claimed to have arrested one narcotics peddler and recovered 13 gms of Heroin from his possession during naka checking at Toph Bridge in city outskirts. A case under relevant sections stands registered against accused. Police sources said, "The accused has been identified as Romesh Singh s/o Amar Singh of Toph Sherkhainia." "On specific information police party led by Inspector Ravinder Rakwal, SHO Nowabad under the supervision of SDPO West Sandeep Choudhary raised a naka and intercepted a car bearing registration number JK02R-9409 at near Toph Bridge, "sources said. "During personal frisking and search of vehicle, the police recovered 13 grams of heroin from accused possession, they said.
