NGHEU calls on Com/Secy Agri deptt 2/10/2016 12:06:55 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 9: A deputation of All J&K Non-Gazetted Horticulture Employees Union today met Commissioner/Secretary Agriculture Production Department in his office chambers at Civil Secretariat, Jammu.The deputation was headed by Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami, State President CITU and Ab Gani Bhat, Vice-President CITU & State President All J&K Non-Gazetted Horticulture Employees Union. The deputation apprised the Commissioner regarding various problems confronting the employee's community. They presented a memorandum consisting of 17 point charter of demands including amendment to SRO 235, removal of pay anomaly, reorganization of the department etc. The Commissioner gave a patient hearing where each demand was discussed. He passed instructions to both the Directors to have the DPC conducted by 25th of February, 2016. He also assured the deputationist that all genuine demands shall be considered in a phased manner.
