| Unidentified found dead, another unconscious | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 9: An unidentified male aged around 32 was found dead under mysterious circumstances near Mandir Masjjid point on Tawi Bridge falling under the jurisdiction of Nowbad Police Station while another unknown also was found unconscious under jurisdiction of said police station.
Police sources said that some passersby informed that man is lying unconscious and after getting the information police reached the spot and shifted him to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) where he was declared as brought dead.
Police said that a case in this connection has been registered and further investigations are on.
Meanwhile, a middle aged man (40) was found unconscious from a bus near St Peter's School also falling under the jurisdiction of Nowabad police station. Police said that he was shifted to GMC&H where his condition was stated to be critical when last reports came in. Police said it may be victim of 'zehar khurani' gang (a gang of thieves who offer spiked drinks and eatables to their victims). |
