Jammu, Feb 9: St. Peter's Higher Secondary School, Karan Bagh Jammu conducted an ENT awareness and screening camp for KG and LKG students in the school premises which gave students ample opportunities to interact with Dr. Prem Lal to enquire and gain knowledge concerning different ENT problems.
Dr. Prem Lal (MBBS), R. S Pura did check up and around 100 students of both LKG and Kg section went through comprehensive screening and check up at the campus.
The doctor screened each and every student of the pre-primary section and prescribed remedial treatment for those who had any ENT problems. He also spoke of common ENT ailments and measures to prevent from them.
Fr. Suresh Britto, the Principal highlighted the purpose of regular medical checkup and advised students to maintain good health. Appreciating the initiative, Sr. Rincy, the Vice - Principal said that camps such as this would help students to maintain good health, besides helping parents to treat any illness in time. She thanked the Doctor and Teachers for their innovative initiative. |
