Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 14: Tributes were paid on the occasion of first death anniversary to former captain Raja Ram Kaith, at a function held in his native village Garhi here. Most of the attendees were defence personnel belonging to Batwal community. It was mentioned on the occasion that Captain Raja Ram Kaith after his retirement from the Indian Army, had contributed tirelessly in all aspects of social service whether it was practical assistance to others or community activities or raising funds for charity. While paying tribute, his associate R.L.Kaith said the captain touched the lives of many through his works as a social worker and was a well-respected Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Batwal Welfare Association. With a mission to make sure that he "Shall Not Be Forgotten", Captain Raja Ram Kaith Memorial Executive Committee was established with Capt. Darbari Lal Sargotra (Chairman), Capt. Kamal Dass Kaith, Capt. Kamal Chand Motan, Capt. Ram Lal Sargotra, Capt. Om Parkash Tugga, Sub. Maj. Romesh Sargotra, Sub. Maj. Gunni Ram Kaith, Sub. Baldev Chand Sandhu, Sub. Hans Raj Kaith, Hav.
