Vijaypur, Mar 15: Various camps were organised at Samba and Ghagwal ICDS Projects by Child Development Project Officer Samba. The camps were organised on themes of woman empowerment, personal hygiene and sanitation and Beti Bachao Beti Padhao at Anganwadi centres of both the blocks. The week long awareness programmes were held under Information, Education and Communication (IEC) campaign.
The beneficiaries were also made aware of the ongoing schemes of Social welfare department including Laadli Beti, Aasra and State Marriage Assistance Scheme. The camps were organised in clusters at various locations across the length and breadth of ICDS Projects Samba and Ghagwal under the supervision of CDPO Samba, Deepak Kumar and supervisors of both the blocks. |
