Kisthwar riots accused roam free

Jammu, Mar 15: The BJP, which has been consistently castigating the Congress for shielding the accused in Sikh massacre of 1984 in New Delhi, is now allegedly shielding the accused who were absconders in the Kishtwar riots of 2013.
Both the absconders' picture have surfaced while sitting alongside with former MoS Sunil Sharma during a tournament at Kishtwar. Also, one of them met the MoS in Prime Minister Office, Dr. Jitender Singh at his residence in New Delhi.
Pertinent, both the accused Hari Kirshan alias Kasooru and Roshan Lal was allegedly involved in murderof Lassa Khanday and a handicapped PHE employee, Bashir Ahmed Mochi.
The District Principal and Session Judge had issued warrant under section 512 CrPc and directed police to produce the accused before the court.
