Power shut down 3/15/2016 11:44:50 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 15: In order to carry out the development works by M/S. IRCON under R-APDRP works, the power supply to Narwal Mandi and its adjoining areas fed from 11 KV Feeder TPN-4 emanating from 33/11 KVA R/Stn Transport Nagar shall remain affected on March 17, 19 and 21, from 8 am to 4 pm.
