Jammu, Mar 15 : Aam Aadmi Party activists today staged protest against Public Works Department for bad condition of road in Sarika Vihar, Vijay Nagar and Vishal Nagar under the leadership of Rajesh Bali.
Bali said that in the last two years the area has been totally ignored by government, the roads in these areas are not repaired which causes lot of trouble to people, as the drainages and water pipes over here are also damaged due to which the roads are always full of water .
He asked how former deputy chief minister Nirmal Singh and former PHE minister Sukhnandan Choudhary could ignore the people who cast their precious votes and made them successful. They urged advisor to Governor Pervez Diwan to put his kind consideration towards the serious matter so that the miserable condition of the people of the area can be improved before the rainy season sets out. Vipan Nischal, Ved Sharma, Harpreet Singh, Vipul Bali, Darshan Lal and TR Gupta were also present during protest. |
