Narco-peddler held with Charas 4/4/2016 10:56:54 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 4: Continuing its drive, drive against drugs launched by SSP Jammu Dr Sunil Gupta, police today arrested a narcotics peddler alongwith 40gms of charas during a naka checking under the juruisdiction of Police Station Gandhi Nagar. "The accused has been identified as Munir Ahmed s/o Abdul Hamid of Kot Bhalwal, Jammu," police said. According to police, the police party from P/S Gandhi Nagar headed by SHO P/S Gandhi Nagar Mir Imtiyaz assisted by PSI Javed Choudhary arrested the above said drug peddler Munir Ahmed and from recovered 40 grams of Charas from his possession. Police said, " A case under FIR No. 78/2016 u/s 8/20 NDPS Act In this connection stands registered at P/S Gandhi Nagar and investigations are on.
