ASRS elects Harbans Singh as Shakha President | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 3: Amar Khastrya Rajput Sabha (ASRS) organised a meeting at village Bhagwane Chak near Pallanwala in which locals gathered in a large number and unanimously elected Harbans Singh as Shakha Sabha President. Speaking on the occasion, ASRS President Narayan Singh said that ASRS will try to educate the youth as much as it can fortheir brighter future as this is the only solution of the economic problems of the community. Narayan also said that the Sabha will actively take part in all the developmental procedures of the Biradri so that they can strengthen the community at large. Caste based reservation was also discussed as the main issue in the meeting and was raised by Pawan Singh Chib. Chib also said that this reservation in jobs has divided the Indian society and the general communities are suffering a lot from this policy of the government. The Sabha members of the Khour branch were also present in the meeting and they assured that all the committees from grass root level will be completed till the next monthly meeting that is scheduled to be held on 1st Sunday of every month. Prominent among those present on the occasion were Bishan Singh General Secretary, Pawan Singh, Youth President, Narinder Singh, Sr. Vice President, Bhawan Singh, Karan Singh, Rasal, Mukesh, Rakesh, Saab Singh and others. |
