AG resigns, asked to continue till govt decision in this regard 4/4/2016 10:59:21 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 4: In view of formation of political government in the state, senior advocate D C Raina, who was appointed as advocate general during governor rule, today resigned from his post. In his resignation letter, he said, "To facilitate the appointment of new advocate general on the formation of political government in the state, I submit my resignation as advocate general of J&K." Immediately after he submitted his resignation, a communication No LD (estt) 2016 was addressed to Raina with a request to continue along with his team of law officers till a decision was taken by the government in this regard or alternate arrangements were made in consultation with chief minister Mehbooba Mufti.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
