NHMEA Ramban constitutes block body for Gool, highlights demands 4/4/2016 11:35:20 PM Early Times Report BANIHAL, Apr 4: A block level meeting of All NHM Employees Association was held in Gool Block in district Ramban. The main agenda of the meeting was to frame a block level body for Gool block, besides this other important issues of regularization of NHM employees, pay disparities for all categories of NHM staff as compared to other states, leave benefits, transfer policy for NHM employees, risk allowances and special incentives to paramedical RBSK and management staff on analogy of doctors serving in difficult areas. All the employees' related issues were discussed in the meeting.
