Div Com Issues Avalanche warning in Ganderbal, Kargil 4/4/2016 11:37:57 PM SRINAGAR, Apr 4 : According to the Divisional Administration, Kashmir, an avalanche warning exists for avalanche prone areas above 3500 meters altitude of Ganderbal and Kargil districts from 04 April to 5 April, 2016. An official spokesperson said that people of these areas have been advised not to venture in the avalanche prone areas. Meanwhile, in view of incessant rains the district administration has established a control room in the district. The control room will work round the clock under the supervision of Additional Deputy Commissioner. The control room has been setup for catering any sort of emergency in the district.
