| MHBFC hails CM for implementation of file tracing system | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 10 : Muzaffar Hussain Baig Friends club J&K hailed the decision taken by the Mehbooba Mufi, first woman Chief Minister of the State to effectively use of File tracking system in all the respective departments in Civil Secretariat which is the most welcome step ever taken by the Successive regimes of J&K State for the last 60 years.
In a meeting held under the Chairman ship of Narender Singh ex- Mayor and Convenor of the MHBFC all the club members congratulated Mehbooba Mufti, CM J&K and Muzaffar Hussain Baig, Member of Parliament and chief Patron of Club for taking this much awaited historical step as it will usher an era of transparency and accountability & good governance and it is also expected from this government that grievance redressal system on the same pattern will be launched soon. Speaking on this occasion Narender Singh said "This step as and when implemented will not only mitigate the agony of the applicants who are made to run from pillar to post in Govt. departments to check the status of their files.
This step will definitely ensure timely disposal of the cases and will save time and money of people coming from far flung areas ". It is pertinent to mention that the root cause of corruption in Civil Secretariat as well as in other departments of the State is "Missing Files" which mysteriously disappeared and re-appeared as and when the aggrieved person greases the palm of these Babus who are responsible for disappearance and re-appearance of these files from the respective departments, which has remained a mystery all these years with in impunity since 1951. |
