DPK expresses concern over weapon snatching | | | Jammu, May 9: Democratic Pannun Kashmir expressed surprise and shock over the weapon snatching incident at a Police Post in Kulgam district of Kashmir where 4 rifles were snatched along with arms and ammunition. According to press release, the police post was guarding at minority community in the adjoining area of Kulgam. This has exposed the recent statements of the Govt. that the militancy is coming down and has demanded the revocation of AFSPA. "This also shows how vulnerable are the minority to the threats of the terrorists and how much the security posted at these communes are adequate and willing to protect these minorities" said the convenor of the party Ravinder Jalali. "This also shows that the minorities are not safe even when guarded by the armed security personals". He further said. |
