Jammu, May 9: Northern Zone Insurance employees' Association women subcommittee of Srinagar Division representing women employees of Jammu and Kashmir today held its annual convention at Jammu in which they elected committee members.
During meeting various topics was discussed include Women Reservation Bill, women empowerment, women role in society and in organization.
Neelam Sharma was elected as committee convener while Sushma Jamwal and Nazima Hasan Bhat were elected Co- convener, Alkiya Sharma, Rekha Rani, Anuradha, Ruchi Jamwal and Shunali Gupta, Priya Sharma and Sunayna Pandita were elected as member of committee.
Divisional Secretary NZIEA Srinagar Division declared the convention as a big success and wished, on behalf of the Divisional Committee, that the new committee will work with sincerely to activate the women comrades who are must for the growth and development of any organization. |
