Jammu, May 9: Dogra Brahman Pratinidhi Sabha, in continuation of celebrations of Bhagwan Parshuram Jayanti today performed Yagya here at in front of Bhagwan Parshuram temple after that an effective Shobha Yatra was taken out from sabha enroute Moti Bazar, Pacca Danga, Chowk Chabutra, Panjtirthi, Darbargarh, Jain Bazar, Link Road, Purani Mandi, City Chowk, Kanak Mandi, Rajinder Bazar, Veer Marg, Raghunath Bazar, Ranbireshwar Mandir and back to Chanakaya Chowk Brahman Sabha, Parade, Jammu.
Different Jhankies dispicting the rolls played by different incoruations of Gods were shown. These jhankies had come from various parts of Jammu which were followed by thousands of devotees.
Ganga Dhar Shastri Ji a renowned saint alongwith followers with the Jhanky of Sidheshwar, Dawarka Nath Shastri Ji Maharaj followed by sizable number of followers was also present in Shobha Yatra.

Rajesh Gupta MLA Jammu East, Sat Pal Sharma (CA) MLA Jammu West, Naryan Singh, President, Amar Kashtriya Sabha, Vinod Gupta, President, Mahajan Sabha, President, Aggarwal Sabha, Jagdish Dogra, President, S.D. Sabha, Sat Pal Sharma, General Secretary, Shree Sanatan Dharam Natak Samaj. About four hundreds ladies also participated in the yatra. Anita Sharma, Vimla Padha, Rajni Sharma, Nirmal Sharma and Raj Sharma. |
