Jammu, May 23: The Art Of Living Conducts-I EXCEL I LEAD- enterprise programme for Business Leaders, Entrepreneurs , Senior management Personnel and Professionals of Jammu.
This weekend Jammu witnessed an amazing workshop/programme called I EXCEL I LEAD for Business Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Senior management Personnel of Private and public Sector and Professionals of top business houses of Jammu. The programme is offered and organized by the Art of Living and the purpose is to infuse a culture of excellence and leadership in our human resource.
All this so that the businesses are done with ethics and each leader inspires many along. The course was attended by scores of business professionals and was hosted at Hotel Asia Jammu. Yogesh Gaur International Faculty from AOL conducted 2 full day sessions and trained participants for attaining the aforesaid skills.
The Key Highlights of the Programme were to give insight to cope with uncertainties & challenges, building organisational capabilities. Practical wisdom towards inspirational leadership to understand human psyche was also attributed.
Skills for handling teams and effective communication with tenets for creating ambiance of excellence at workplace were also taught which was reflected when participants shared wonderful Experiences they gained from such workshop. The participants were also made to learn Sudershan kriya, rthymic breathing exercise evolved by Guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji, founder of The Art of Living which is a powerful breathing technique to harmonize the body, the mind and the spirit. |
