PHQ orders probe 6/16/2016 12:00:48 AM Early Times Report Jammu, June 15: A day after a "mentally challenged" man went berserk inside a religious place at Roop Nagar here, Police Headquarters (PHQ) on Wednesday ordered an inquiry into the incident. Sources told Early Times that PHQ has ordered a probe to ascertain the facts and the role of the policemen, who were present on the spot.
