Jammu, July 5: Grameen Bank organized staff training session on Tuesday at Staff Training College, Narwal.
According to press release, at the outset, VK Soni, Principal of Staff Training College welcomed the Chairman R K Chhibber, General Manager, Chief of Audit & Inspection, All Sectional Heads, Area Manager Jammu and participants.
The chairman during his speech highlighted the importance of imparting training to the new entrants as it inculcates the skills required to compete with the growing competition in banking industry.
Further he added in his speech that bank will conduct such sessions regularly for the overall development of the staff. Newly recruited Office Assistants were given the training with new and innovative techniques. |
