BRM counts on Government follies from desecration to Assembly bills | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 5: Bharat Raksha Manch has said that due to recent desecration of temples in Jammu region, the people are very angry and emotions are running high. It was felt that it is not a one off incident which has been carried out by a lunatic. Since such incidents have happened in different places in Jammu region it appears to be a conspiracy to destabilize the peaceful atmosphere of Jammu. They appealed the Govt of J&K to take this issue seriously and catch hold of the real culprits and ensure that they are punished in accordance with law. The members also expressed their anguish for affecting changes in SRO 105 and New Industrial policy by the J&K Govt. At a time when developed nations like USA are offering citizenship of their country to the people who make investments there, J&K Govt has chosen to disallow Indian citizens from investing in J&K by introducing a bill in the assembly for restricting the rights of permanent residents of the state for transfer of their property through lease or POA to non state subjects. This regressive proposal of the J&K Govt was condemned and decided that in case the Govt does not withdraw this proposal, BRM will fight it out in the streets of J&K. |
