mandi, July 11: On one hand, Minister for health Bali Bhagat claims that government is providing efficient health services to the people of the state but the people of village Fatehpur have other reasons to worry as they alleged that the Health Centre at village Fathehpur remains closed most of the times, as a result of which they are forced to rush to the Poonch district hospital even for minor ailments. They alleged that CMO Poonch has turned to be a totally failure in distt Poonch.
The health centre is often closed during the day time too, alleged Mohd Jhangir, a Fatehpur resident adding that the health department is not at all bothered to resolve the issue even as the people continue to suffer under such circumstances.
A few other locals alleged that same is the condition of Sub-District Hospital, Mandi. They said that ultrasound services frequently remained disturbed, as a long queue of patients were seen few days back due to absence of technician.
They appealed to Health Minister Bali Bhagat and Director Health Services, Jammu to get the matter investigated for taking necessary action against the erring officials |
