Early Times Report kathua, July 11: 10th self defence training module for young girls was organised by district police Kathua. The training module was organized at New Age College of Education Phinter Billawar, a rural part of Kathua under the guidelines and supervision of SSP Kathua Neeva Jain. About 120 girls students from different institutions of tehsil Billawar are participating in this training module . The camp was inaugurated by principal of the College Neeru Rajput in presence of prominent citizens of tehsil Billawar including Sham Gupta, Santosh Padha, staff members of the different institutions. The team of self defence training headed by the coordinator of the self defence training Dysp (Pros) Rakesh Sambyal ,Inspr Amit Sangra, resource persons Suraj Parkash, Gursharn Kumar, Rajni verma , Tara Rajput, Bubbly Verma , Sunita and Rutanjali Dogra will facilitate all the participants during seven days self defence training module. The resource persons gave demonstrations in front of all participants and aware them about the importance of self defence skills in their life. All the participants showed keen interest in the ongoing training module. On the occasion Dy.SP Rakesh Sambyal also aware the public through this platform about mobile based application named as FIR (First immediate Response) recently launched by Kathua police to facilitate general mass especially women during any vulnerable situation. |
