Govt Engineering College defers exams 7/12/2016 11:08:52 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 12: The Government Engineering College Jammu has deferred the examination that were scheduled for July 15 and 16. Minister for Education Naem Akhter said he spoke to the Vice-Chancellor Jammu University following which the examinations were deferred.
