Early Times Report JAMMU, July 13: The Summer Camp organized by M Jackson Cultural Institute of Society (MJCIS) concluded here today after 45 days. The event which was held at Main Chowk Janipur and Parade, Jammu, comprised of dance, singing, acting, yoga and modeling. As many as 50 children were taught under the well trained instructors. Minister for Forests, Choudhary Lal Singh was the chief guest on the occasion while his wife Kanta Andotra was the guest of honour. The whole concept of the event with regard to promotion of art and culture of J&K was designed by Poonam Sharma. The summer camp provided the training to the student in Dogri, Kashmiri, Punjabi, folk dances and singing. On the occasion, the famous actors of J&K were also awarded. The awardees are JR Sagar, Sanjeev Gupta, Basant Biyogi, Neha Lahotra and others. |
