JAMMU, July 16: Police today booked notorious criminal and drug peddler Dilbagh Singh under Public Safety Act (PSA).
Police sources said that on the recommendation of Jammu Police, the district authorities slapped Public Safety Act (PSA) upon Dilbag Singh son of Janak Singh of Ward No. 4 Simbal Camp Miran Sahib Jammu who is booked under PSA.
"The PSA was executed by SHO Miran Sahib Hilal Azhar and he is detained in central Jail Kot Bhalwal Jammu, sources said. They added further said that accused DIlbagh Singh notorious criminal and is involved in nine cases including FIR no. 98/2009 U/S 452/323/341/RPC 4/25 Arms Act PS Miran Sahib, FIR No. 97/2012 U/S 307/34/RPC 4/25 Arms Act PS Bahu Fort Jammu, FIR No. 43/2014 U/S 341/323/RPC PS Miran Sahib, FIR No. 73/2015 U/S 307/341/147/148/RPC 4/25 Arms Act PS Miran Sahib, FIR No. 80/2015 U/S 307/341/147/RPC 3/25, 4/25 Arms Act PS Miran Sahib, FIR No. 07/2016 U/S 307/341/323/34/RPC 3/25 Arms Act PS Miran Sahib, FIR No. 28/2016 U/S 170/449/458/504/506/34/RPC 3/25, 4/25 Arms Act PS Miran Sahib, FIR No. 54/2016 U/S 307/341/323/34/RPC 3/25, 4/25 Arms Act PS Miran Sahib, and FIR no. 124/2016 U/S 8/21 NDPS Act P/S Bahu Fort. |
