| Revenue official blackmails police official to grab land | | ‘Don’t mess with me, I have links with judges’ | | A B Sharma

Poonch, July 16: A police officer has been taken to ride by the revenue department officials in a land ownership rights as the said police official who possessed the 6 kanals and 8 marlas land was been kept an eye by the other party who wanted to grab the land .
However sensing the trouble, the police officer in order to safeguard his interests and the land got the stay from the Court on 27/5/2016 against the said land.
This led to the irritation to the other powerful party who started trying the means to get the land grabbed from its actual owner.
In this process , the other party hired some of the revenue officials that included a Naib Tehsildar , Surankote namely Ayoub Khan who convinced the other party that he would play instrumentally to get the land in the favour of the other party.
The Naib Tehsildar Ayoub Khan while hatching a conspiracy against the genuine police officer tried to get him indicted in some foul play and hence got a fake FIR registered against the police officer in Surankote, police station on June 8, 2016. Though his act was against the ruling of the court that when the court had given the stay on the land , the corrupt naib tehsildar got the fake FIR against the police official.
Not finding the FIR even worthful in trapping the police official in his dragnet , the said Naib Tehsildar later assured the party that he will go with the backdate as well as backdoor settlement of the deed and get the land occupied by the powerful party.
The said Naib tehsildar also threatened the police official to indict him in some malicious case by using women against him and implicate him in the molestation by slapping sections 354 and 376 against him if he did not withdrew the stay. This led the police official to get unnerved and he rushed to this office with a plea to save the situation.
When this office contacted Revenue minister, he said that if any such case come to his understanding, he will fire the revenue officials involved in this case.
However as per the sources, the concerned Naib Tehsildar Ayoub Khan has claimed that he has deep in rooted links in the judiciary as well as in the court also. He also claimed to have relations in the revenue department as well as close liasions with the Judges and has boasted that "no one should mess with him."
Given this situation, the police official under the threat has said that Ayoub Khan can be threat to his land and life also.
