Jammu, July 16: To promote the Traditional Culture of J&K and observed the Anti Dengue Month ,2016 Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan in coordination with ESRM presented its 112th Saturday hindi musical play Series "Bacho Bacho Dengu Kola Bacho" on the theme of " Health Care " at open air theatre Durga Bhawan, Janipur Jammu to draw attention of the masses living with vector borne diseases including dengue, malaria and their treatments.
The Program was inaugurated by as Chief Guest V.K.Magotra, Former Regional Director of Directorate of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India and Former Chief Medical Officer, Jammu and Kashmir Government, Udhampur .Tara Singh Charak presided over the function.
The day commemorated as "Anti Dengue Month" as well with sole aim of rejuvenating the traditional, primitive folk, art, culture of J&K region in particular and Indian nation in general.
Awareness items specially prepared on the themes, Like "Chara Da Bukhar - Roko Roko Malaria Gi Roko" . Bacho Bacho Dengu Kola Bacho " skits, songs and dances were presented to aware the masses. |
