Minor allegedly raped by watchman 7/16/2016 11:12:15 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 16: A minor girl of a labourer family was allegedly raped by a watchman of under construction private flats at Channi Himmat area. Police sources said that mother of a nine year-old girl approached the Channi police and reported that her daughter has been raped by a watchman of under construction private flats near Street Apartments at Channi Himmat. Police said that following the complaint a case under section 376 of RPC has been registered at Channi Himmat Police station and the medical examination of the victim has been conducted.
